I’m an inclusive counsellor based in the UK. I have trained in an Integrative style of work, which means I have knowledge and experience in a range of therapeutic areas. I always try to meet you right where you are, and work flexibly to support you the best I can. I view therapy as a team approach, where we work together.
I believe you are the expert of your story. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey.
I have experience working with a variety of issues, including anxiety, sexuality and gender, relationship problems, addiction, depression, trauma, wanting to move forward in life but not being sure how, self esteem, life changing diagnoses, etc.
I am a strong ally to people of colour and trans people. I also have lived personal experience and particular training/professional experience working with LBGT+ people and neurodiverse people, with a special interest in ADHD and Autism.
