Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello, my name is Alexis and it’s so nice to connect with you. This is a safe confidential space and it’s all about you as you can talk as much or as little as is your preference, so no pressure as we will take it at your pace.
I work with children, teenagers, adults, couples and undertake relationship counselling.
Currently my working environments are within doctors’ surgeries, schools and in my office face to face. I am a fully qualified counsellor and a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I work for other counselling organisations taking on referrals as and when I am needed.
My studies started working with children where I achieved a diploma in childcare. I also studied and worked on the ‘grief team’ for a company for many years. With over 21 years of mental health training and experience and over 20 years of working with deaf people I have become fluent in British sign language level 6.
Over the years I have worked with many people who have had a variety of complex issues and living situations.

For many common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties or navigating life changes – online therapy can be as effective as traditional in-person sessions. Research and practice indicate that remote sessions work well for these kinds of issues.
One major benefit is flexibility. People can choose the format that best fits their needs and routine – video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging – which makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
Licensed professionals provide online therapy, and if someone feels they need a different match they are free to switch therapists at any time. This approach helps people find the right fit while getting consistent support in a way that suits them.
