Alexis Pass is a fully qualified counsellor with 17 years of experience who creates a calm, client-led space where people can talk as much or as little as they prefer and progress at a pace that suits them.
She works with children, teenagers, adults and couples, and she offers relationship counselling. Her current practice settings include doctors' surgeries, schools and face-to-face appointments in her office. Alexis is a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and accepts referrals from other counselling organisations as required.
Her early studies focused on working with children and she holds a diploma in childcare. Alexis also studied and worked for many years on a grief team, and she is fluent in British Sign Language at level 6. Over time she has supported many people with a variety of complex issues and different living situations.
For many common concerns - such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties or navigating life changes - online therapy can be as effective as traditional in-person sessions. Research and practice indicate that remote sessions work well for these kinds of issues.
One major benefit is flexibility. People can choose the format that best fits their needs and routine - video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging - which makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
Licensed professionals provide online therapy, and if someone feels they need a different match they are free to switch therapists at any time. This approach helps people find the right fit while getting consistent support in a way that suits them.
