Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a licensed psychotherapist with extensive experience serving diverse populations struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, abuse, and various medical conditions such as cancer and chronic illness. I believe the most important catalyst for change is the relationship between therapist and client.
My goal is to partner with you to reach your desired goals in a therapeutic environment. We will take these steps together to foster positive change while creating individual strategies for self-empowerment.
I have been trained in EMDR which is a theory based on the belief that our brains have a natural system for processing information and experiences so that we can keep what we need for wisdom, learning, and growth. EMDR uses eye movements and other right-left stimulation to activate your brain’s processing system so you can successfully process past experiences and let go of what is not useful to you.
I believe our past effects our present and future- both in adaptive and maladaptive ways. I would be honored to be a part of your journey to emotional wellbeing, inner peace, and self-love

Tricia Walsh is a licensed clinical social worker practicing in Florida who brings ten years of clinical experience to her psychotherapy work. She has supported diverse populations coping with depression, anxiety, trauma, abuse, and medical conditions such as cancer and chronic illness, and she also works with issues ranging from relationship and family conflicts to grief and life transitions.
Tricia emphasizes that the therapist-client relationship is the primary catalyst for meaningful change. Her approach is collaborative – she partners with clients to identify goals, develop individualized strategies, and build skills that promote self-empowerment and lasting progress.
She is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a therapeutic method based on the idea that the brain naturally processes experiences to support learning and growth. EMDR uses bilateral stimulation, such as guided eye movements, to engage the brain’s processing system so clients can work through past experiences and release what no longer serves them.
Believing that the past shapes the present and future in both adaptive and maladaptive ways, Tricia offers a compassionate, strengths-based presence. She would be honored to join clients on their path toward greater emotional wellbeing, inner peace, and self-compassion.
Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life changes, remote therapy has been found to be similarly effective as traditional face-to-face sessions for most individuals.
A major benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that suits them best, whether by video sessions, phone calls, live chat, or messaging within an app. This adaptability often makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule.
All sessions are provided by licensed professionals, and if someone decides a different therapist would be a better match, it is possible to switch providers. Online therapy offers an accessible option for people seeking support from qualified therapists without changing the core goals and benefits of in-person work.
