I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Missouri with 7 years of counseling experience with teens, adults, couples, and parents. My education includes a Masters degree in Counseling from the University of Missouri – Saint Louis. My Post Graduate training includes passing exams to earn professional Certifications in: Certified Clinical Telemental Health Provider and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional.
Treatment approaches that I most often use with clients are: Client Centered, Solution Focused, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). In sessions I may share, teach, and practice improved coping skills that are aimed at hopefully lowering your non-preferred symptoms. Only evidence based, mainstream approaches will be used with my clients.
Where I bring value to my clients would be counseling adults and teens experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, recovery from trauma, anger management, grief/loss, parenting issues, coping with life changes, motivation, self-esteem, low confidence, multicultural concerns, college and career coaching, Military/Veterans life issues, PTSD, First Responders, Healthcare workers, ADHD/ADD, Autism Spectrum Disorders, school concerns, Parent coaching, Eldercare, and caregiving fatigue.
My past work experiences include serving in the United States Coast Guard, working in corporate sales, and 7 years of counseling teens and adults.
I am a happily married man, share one teen daughter, and a loyal rescue dog! On our off time you can find us taking walks, cooking, listening to music, kayaking, and traveling.
My mission is to help others find joy again, heal, and experience life at much higher and happier level. The aim will always be that therapy sessions are a non-judgmental safe place where you feel supported and that you reach your goals that you set for yourself. I look forward to meeting and helping you!

Many people ask whether meeting with a therapist online can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, or adjusting to life changes, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
An important benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that fits their life best, whether by video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. This range of options makes it easier to schedule and maintain care.
These services are provided by licensed professionals and therapists, and if a different fit is desired clients can switch therapists at any time. For many people seeking support for everyday mental health challenges, online therapy offers an accessible and effective path forward.
