I’m a Integrative Counsellor based in the UK, with over four years of experience supporting individuals through life’s many challenges. I provide a warm, compassionate, and non-judgemental space where therapy is entirely centred around you your needs, your pace, and your personal journey.
My integrative approach means I draw on a range of evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Person-Centred, Humanistic, Psychodynamic and Mindfulness-based CBT. This flexible approach allows me to tailor each session to suit your unique situation and goals.
I work with people experiencing a wide variety of emotional and psychological difficulties, including:
Stress and anxiety
Trauma and abuse
Low self-esteem, motivation, and confidence
Depression and low mood
At the heart of my work is the belief that therapy isn’t about fixing you it’s about understanding you. I offer a safe, respectful environment where you can speak freely, explore what’s holding you back, and begin to heal. I approach every client with empathy, sensitivity, and without judgement or labels.
Together, we’ll work to help you build resilience, confidence, and a deeper understanding of yourself so you can move forward with clarity and strength.
Taking that first step toward therapy takes courage. If you’re ready to begin, I’m here to support and walk alongside you on your journey toward growth and fulfilment. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey.
I look forward to working with you.

Keysha Daley is an Integrative Counsellor based in the United Kingdom with four years of professional experience supporting people through a range of emotional and life challenges. She creates a warm, compassionate, and non-judgemental space where therapy is centred on each person’s needs, pace, and personal journey.
As an Integrative Counsellor, she draws on a range of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Person-Centred work, Humanistic methods, Psychodynamic ideas, and Mindfulness-based CBT. This flexible mix allows her to tailor sessions to the individual circumstances and goals of each client.
She works with people facing stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, low self-esteem and motivation, depression and low mood, and the practical and emotional impacts of life changes. Her practice also includes support around family and parenting issues, compassion fatigue, and attention-related difficulties such as ADHD.
Central to her approach is the belief that therapy is not about “fixing” someone but about understanding them. She offers a respectful environment where people can explore what may be holding them back, speak freely, and begin the process of healing without labels.
Together with clients, Keysha aims to help build resilience, strengthen confidence, and deepen self-understanding so people can move forward with greater clarity and purpose. She recognises that taking the first step toward therapy takes courage, and she is available to support and empower individuals as they begin that journey.
Many people wonder whether online therapy can produce meaningful results. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional face-to-face sessions for most individuals.
One of the key benefits is flexibility – you can connect with a therapist in the way that suits you best, whether that is by video call, phone, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility can make it easier to access support when it fits into your schedule and daily life.
Licensed professionals provide online therapy, and if you decide the match is not ideal you can switch to a different therapist at any time. For many people these options make online counselling a practical and accessible path to getting help and working toward their goals.
