Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges and navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions for most common issues.
One of the key benefits is flexibility – you can connect with a therapist in the format that best fits your needs, whether by video call, phone session, live chat or in-app messaging. That range of options can make it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
Therapists offering online work are licensed professionals, and you may switch to a different therapist if you feel another fit would suit you better. Online therapy can therefore offer both effective care and practical convenience as you pursue support for your concerns.
