Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas with 10 years of professional work experience. I have worked with clients to help them heal and cope with a wide range of mental health issues including depression, trauma, anxiety and mood disorders. I have experience treating adult and adolescent clients with diverse cultural backgrounds who deal with grief, conflict in relationships, and work/school stressors, among other challenges. I believe the most effective growth of an individual happens during self-exploration, and my job is to be the guide.
I utilize a foundation of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and integrate a person-centered approach. In addition to this, some modalities I incorporate into my practice include dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, trauma-focused CBT, and mindfulness techniques.
For your treatment, my hope is that you gain a new perspective, skills to cope with life’s stressors, and the ability to challenge negative beliefs that no longer serve you. I understand how difficult it can be to seek help, and I am here to support you in your healing process.

Many people ask whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or adapting to life changes, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person treatment.
A major benefit is the flexibility it offers – clients can meet with a therapist in the format that works best for them, whether by video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. This variety makes it easier to incorporate therapy into a busy schedule and to choose the communication style that feels most comfortable.
Licensed professionals provide online therapy services, and if someone feels a different match would be better, it is possible to switch therapists. For many people, the combination of evidence-based care and flexible access makes online therapy a practical option for addressing everyday mental health concerns.
