Many people ask whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that suits them best, whether by video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility can make it simpler to fit therapy into a busy life.
Therapists offering online services are licensed professionals, and clients can change therapists if they feel a different match would work better. For many people, online therapy offers an accessible, practical option for addressing everyday mental health needs.
