My experience with a LGBTQ+ charity agency involves supporting clients working through their gender and sexual relationship diversity concerns. I have also worked with clients coping with the death of a partner, friend or family member, helping them with the grief surrounding their loss.

Jenny Rudd welcomes and supports people who have taken the first step in seeking help and is pleased to offer counselling by phone or online. With five years’ experience as a qualified counsellor, she works with individuals feeling not good enough, alone or isolated, lacking self-love or confidence, disappointed, anxious or distressed, lost, angry or resentful, or searching for fulfilment and purpose.
She recognises that life can sometimes feel stuck – overwhelmed by obstacles, drained by persistent negative thoughts, and unsure how to move forward. In those moments she offers a calm, non-judgmental space to explore thoughts and feelings and to reflect on difficult experiences.
