Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am an Integrative counsellor which means I work in a variety of different ways. No two people are going to be the same, and in fact, we all harbour different parts within our own selves which is why I work in a way that suits the person I’m with. Some examples of the ways I work are; person centred, humanistic, existential, psychodynamic and solution focused. When I work with someone, I always respect and listen to what that person wants and needs from the therapeutic relationship. I work in a way that considers the connections between past experiences to present life events in order to help the person I’m with gain control and clarity in their lives, but only at a pace that suits them, and with consideration of what their goals actually are.
I have 4 years experience in my private practice in the Bristol area where I see a variety of clients. I have a lot of experience working with trauma, dissociation, abuse, depression, stress, anxiety and relational issues. I am also gaining a lot of recent experience with autism and ADHD.
I have worked with all ages, a lot of young people in schools and universities, but also adults of all ages.
I believe the healing process is different for everybody, and there is no right or wrong way of doing things, just the way that suits you the most.
I look forward to meeting you!

Many people ask whether online therapy can genuinely help. For a range of common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties or coping with life changes – research and practice show that remote therapy can be as effective as traditional in-person work for most people.
One major benefit is flexibility. Individuals can choose the format that suits them best – video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging – which makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
Therapy delivered online is provided by licensed professionals, and if someone feels they need a different therapeutic fit they can switch to another therapist at any time.
