Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hi my name is Lea, I am a qualified BACP-registered therapist with over ten years of experience working with individuals across a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges. I hold a degree in Psychotherapy and am currently completing a Master’s in Psychology, further deepening my understanding of human behaviour and mental health.
My practice is pluralistic, meaning I draw from different therapeutic approaches to ensure that each session is tailored to the unique needs of the client. While my work is primarily informed by Person-Centred Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), I have also received training in several other therapeutic modalities. This flexibility allows me to adapt the therapy process to suit each individual’s goals, preferences, and circumstances.
Throughout my career, I have supported clients experiencing a broad range of issues, including low mood, anxiety, self-esteem difficulties, domestic violence, trauma, self-harm, and Neurodevelopmental challenges. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and client-led, focusing on helping individuals build resilience, self-awareness, and emotional wellbeing.
I currently work within the NHS, where I provide therapeutic support to both adults and children. Previously, I have worked across various counties and organisations, offering counselling and emotional support services to people from diverse backgrounds and life experiences.
At the heart of my practice is the belief that therapy should be a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered to make meaningful change.
Outside of work, I enjoy adventures with my dog, Rex, and cozy evenings at home watching movies with popcorn. While I don’t have many hobbies, I like motorsports and getting lost in a good book. One of my favourite things each year is our family retreat to a cabin in the woods to reconnect with nature and recharge.
