Many people wonder whether online therapy can actually help. For most common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges or navigating life changes – online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility. Clients can connect in whatever way feels most comfortable – by video call, telephone, live chat or in-app messaging – which makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
Sessions are delivered by licensed professionals and therapists, and if someone wants a different fit they can switch to another therapist at any time.
