Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a therapist because I have come to learn that a tremendous amount of people feel alone, left out, unheard, irrelevant, tired, worthless, unconnected, unwelcomed, sad, anxious and fearful. They need someone to listen to them. They need someone to help them see they have value. They need skills to help them change their sadness and fear, to happiness and courage.
I have come to learn that a tremendous amount of people feel alone, left out, unheard, irrelevant, tired, worthless, unconnected, unwelcomed, sad, anxious and fearful. They need someone to listen to them. They need someone to teach them they have value. They need skills to help them change their sadness and fear to happiness and courage.
I realised early on I had a knack for guiding people through darkness. I became a therapist because I am human and have fought my own battles, not always with ease but with hope and determination. It’s kind of like “giving back,” if you will. If I can help one client live with more authenticity and pride, my job is done.
I am a fully qualified Person Centred Counsellor, registered with The British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists and have experience of working with many different people with many different issues.

Gerard Quinn works with people who feel isolated, overlooked, unheard or disconnected, and with those struggling with tiredness, low self-worth, sadness, anxiety and fear. He believes many people need someone who will listen and help them recognise their value, and he offers practical skills aimed at shifting fear and sadness toward greater courage and wellbeing.
He discovered early in life that he had an ability to guide others through difficult times. Gerard became a therapist after facing his own challenges – not always easily, but with hope and determination – and he views his work in part as a way of giving back. For him, helping even one person live with more authenticity and pride is a sign of meaningful progress.
Gerard is a fully qualified Person Centred Counsellor, registered with The British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists, and has four years of clinical experience working with a wide range of issues. Many people wonder whether therapy delivered online can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties and coping with life changes, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person care.
A major benefit is flexibility – clients can choose the format that suits them best, whether that is video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging. This flexibility can make it easier to attend sessions alongside work, family and other commitments.
Therapy offered remotely is provided by licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change therapists at any time if they feel a different fit would be better. For many people, online therapy provides an accessible and effective way to address everyday mental health concerns and move forward with practical support.
