I am a registered member of the British Association for Counsellors & Psychotherapists (MBACP), I am a Clinical Therapist / Counsellor Practitioner licensed in England U.K with over 20 yrs experience within the National Health Service (NHS), Private Practice & Employment Assisted Program specialising in trauma work in particular Amputation of limbs. Also Multiple Sclerosis (MS), Neurodivergent assessessing ADHD / Autism. My experience is broad focusing on disability, body image, chronic health conditions, in addition to LGBTQ+, Domestic Violence Mental Health & Wellbeing and much muore. My professional modality is to deliver a person centred, cognitive behavioural (CBT) or solution focused therapy.
I engage with my clients by providing a honest & professional approach, remaining non judgemental at all times, treating my clients with respect & dignity and being flexible within my clinic. My aim is to support & empower the client to make ‘positive change’ within their own lives. This would be achieved exploring their underlying psychological
issues that the client presents with and working with the client at their own pace.
