Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am Dom and I see it as a privilege to be able to listen to peoples stories. I try to meet people exactly where they are in order to create an equal space for figuring their problems. I have been a fully qualified (and busy !) Person Centred counsellor for the last 7 years having begun counselling life working in Homeless peoples hostels. Ever since, I’ve been working in both the NHS setting, corporate setting and private practice which gives me a wide variety of peoples problems. I am used to every kind of story and don’t take peoples’ feelings lightly. I work completely confidentially in a safe space in line with the BACPs code of ethics and like to bring a very human aspect to the counselling relationship where real progress is made.

Many people want to know whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or managing life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions for most people.
One major benefit is flexibility – you can connect in the way that suits you best, whether by video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life or when in-person appointments are impractical.
Sessions are delivered by licensed professionals, and if a different fit is needed, you can switch therapists at any time. The convenience and range of communication options help many people access and maintain regular therapeutic support.
