Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
It takes courage to take the first steps towards a change. I applaud you for taking the first step toward a more fulfilling, happier life.
I believe that YOU are the expert on you. To help you, I bring a boatload of curiosity and a searching, inquisitive nature. You come to therapy with all the clues inside of you. It is my job to help you find the answers.
I bring tons of life experience – more than this page can fit. It all serves to aid me in helping you know yourself better. Having confronted my own life’s challenges (with plenty of counseling along the way), I may be the best fit for what you are dealing with.
It was always my destiny to become a therapist. I have been studying psychology and neuroscience since I was 17. That curiosity of mine has led me to specialize in different counseling models so that I can create a specialized plan of therapy just for you.
I took a long road to become a professional therapist, doing many non-professional interventions along the way. My graduate degree is from Rollins College in Florida, a small liberal arts school with the best counselor education program I could find. My clients have ranged from 17 to 77, with the majority seeking help with depression, anxiety issues, or life changes.
When choosing a therapist, the types of sessions are an important part of the choice. While I offer 24/7 text messaging between sessions, I find voice or video communication offers the most effective empathetic experience, even for those with social anxiety. Therefore, I do not offer chat sessions.
I know you and I will work well together. I look forward to beginning the therapy journey with you.

Many people question whether online therapy can really help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be comparable to traditional in-person care for most people.
One major advantage is flexibility – you can connect in the way that fits your life and comfort level. Options commonly include video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging, which can make it easier to attend appointments around work, family, and other commitments.
Online therapy also allows individuals to work with licensed professionals from different locations, and you can change therapists if you need a different fit. For many people dealing with everyday mental health concerns, online formats offer an effective and accessible route to support and growth.
