Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello! I hold a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Wisconsin-Stout. My skill-set has been molded working in a domestic violence shelter for women, college counseling center, medium-security correctional facility for men, and providing outpatient mental health services for individuals of all ages and struggles. I take a modern, holistic, and interpersonal approach incorporating elements from different theories depending on the person and the situation.
Life is hard, and triggers are unavoidable. Change is unpleasant in the short term, but can improve the quality of our lives in the long-term. The goal of therapy is to identify the obstacles and learn ways to change our thoughts and behaviors resulting in less emotional distress. My end goal is to empower people to confidently resolve their struggles independent of mental health professionals in the future once they refine their skills. I offer a safe, confidential presence and am eager to offer support and guidance on your journey. You’ve already done the work to survive; now let’s find a way to thrive!

Many people wonder whether virtual therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or managing life changes, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person care.
One major benefit is flexibility – individuals can meet with therapists in the format that suits them best, whether that is video appointments, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This range of options can make it easier to incorporate therapy into a busy life.
Licensed professionals lead online therapy sessions, and clients can switch therapists at any time if they want a different fit. For many people facing routine mental health challenges, online work provides an accessible and effective path to support and progress.
