Nikki Lewis-Clark

Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships

About

I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in Montana with over 21 years of experience working as a therapist. My journey in the field started in reunification of families whose children had been removed due to neglect and abuse. Most recently I was trained as a Diversity and Inclusion Counselor for my work with service members and their families. I have extensive experience in helping clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, grief and loss, family of origin issues, physical trauma or emotional abuse, just to name a few.

My counseling style is warm and interactive, taking time to build rapport as it is a solid foundation for the future counselor/client relationship. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. Empathy is key. However, I am direct and honest with clients. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness, solution focused and rational-emotive counseling. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.

It takes courage to seek help from a therapist. I love to help and educate clients. I am here to listen and help you learn and apply life changing tools. If you are ready to take that step I am here to support and empower you.

Thank you for your time and I look forward to working with you.

Is Online Therapy the Right Fit for Your Needs?

Many people wonder whether online therapy can really help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions for most situations. A major benefit of remote therapy is flexibility – clients can connect in the format that feels most comfortable, whether by video, phone, live chat, or in-app messaging. That flexibility makes it easier to fit counseling into a busy schedule and maintain continuity of care. All participating therapists are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change therapists if they need a different fit. Online therapy offers an accessible way to begin or continue therapeutic work while keeping the same standards of professional care.
