Nikki Lewis-Clark is a licensed clinical professional counselor practicing in Montana with 24 years of experience in therapeutic work. Her career began supporting family reunification efforts for children who had been removed due to neglect and abuse, and more recently she completed training as a Diversity and Inclusion Counselor for service members and their families.
She brings broad experience addressing depression, anxiety, relationship concerns, parenting challenges, career difficulties, grief and loss, family of origin issues, and the effects of physical trauma or emotional abuse. Her background includes working with a wide range of presenting problems and life transitions.
Her counseling style is warm and interactive, prioritizing rapport as the foundation for effective work. She approaches clients with respect, sensitivity, and compassion while remaining direct and honest. Nikki integrates cognitive-behavioral techniques, mindfulness, solution-focused strategies, and rational-emotive approaches, and she adapts conversations and treatment plans to fit each person’s specific needs.
Seeking help takes courage, and Nikki enjoys educating and supporting those she works with. She listens, teaches practical tools, and helps clients apply strategies that can lead to meaningful change. She is prepared to support and empower individuals who are ready to take that next step.
