Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
About Me
I am a UK-based counsellor and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP), with over 5 years of professional experience. I provide a safe and confidential space where you can talk freely and feel truly heard—without fear of judgment.
My experience includes working with individuals facing a range of different experiences , including general anxiety, depression, low self-esteem and confidence, trauma and abuse, motivation, bereavement, and the emotional impacts of domestic and sexual violence.
My Approach
I offer an integrative approach to therapy, drawing on a range of modalities to best support your unique journey. These include Person-Centred Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Psychodynamic Therapy, among others. Together, we will tailor your therapy to suit your needs and goals.
We often begin with a person-centred approach, creating a nurturing space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences at your own pace. From there, we may incorporate practical tools—such as journaling, thought tracking, or behavioural techniques—to support insight and growth, especially when working with CBT.
A Space for You
Therapy can be a powerful step when it feels difficult to talk openly with family or friends. I offer a safe, inclusive space where you can process your experiences, develop coping strategies, and build self-understanding.
I work with both adults and young people, and I have significant experience supporting clients with special educational needs (SEN), ADHD, and autism. I understand the importance of small but meaningful adjustments—like tone of voice, lighting, or sensory preferences—that can make therapy more accessible and comfortable. Inclusivity is at the heart of my practice.
Languages
In addition to English, I am able to communicate in basic French and Mauritian Creole, helping to bridge language gaps and support a more inclusive therapeutic experience.
Here for You
My aim is to provide a warm, empathetic, and open environment where you can feel safe to explore whatever brings you to therapy. Every individual’s journey is unique, and I am here to walk alongside you, wherever that path may lead.

Many people question whether remote therapy can make a meaningful difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges or life transitions, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
Flexibility is a key advantage – clients can connect in the way that suits them best, choosing video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging. This range of options makes it easier to fit therapy around work, family and other responsibilities.
Therapists providing online sessions are licensed professionals, and clients may change therapists at any time if they prefer a different fit. For many people, online therapy offers a practical and accessible route to begin or continue therapeutic work without attending face-to-face appointments.
