Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello, I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 25 years of experience working with a wide variety of patients issues and concerns. From my earliest memories, I have been fascinated in human behavior. I knew my path in life would lead me into the behavioral health field. During my educational path, I have achieved an Associates in Applied Science, Bachelor of Arts Psychology, Master of Arts Community/Clinical Psychology, Master of Art General Psychology and advanced PhD studies all but dissertation.
My treatment approaches vary widely depending on the needs of the person. The therapeutic process may require changes in treatment approaches as issues and concerns are further examined. Therapy is a process that I believe is best suited when decisions regarding treatment are openly discussed and decisions are made jointly between therapist and patient. I am experienced working with children as young as 5 years old, teens and adults.
It takes a great amount of strength to reach out for help. I believe building a strong trusting therapeutic relationship is the first step toward successful outcomes.

Many people wonder whether meeting with a therapist online can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and navigating life changes, online therapy has been found to be as effective as traditional in-person care for most people.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the format that suits them best, whether that is video sessions, phone calls, live chat, or in-app messaging. This variety makes it easier to fit therapeutic support into a busy schedule and to choose the communication style that feels most comfortable.
Licensed professionals provide online services, and if a different fit is needed, clients can switch therapists at any time.
