Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hi, my name is Susie, welcome to my page,
Taking the first step to talk to someone can seem frightening, but it can be the start of understanding yourself better, discovering your past patterns which may be impacting your present and help you discover better coping skills.
My approach is to offer a warm, safe, confidential space to talk about your thoughts and feelings without any judgement and to feel heard. I believe in fostering an authentic , empathetic relationship based on trust and respect.
I am an experienced integrative counsellor and use different theoretical approaches to meet your individual needs and to help you to understand yourself better and promote healing, which in time will empower you to create a different future, a future you would like.
I believe everyone is the expert in their own lives, I am not here to give you advise but to work alongside you offering a supportive space to feel heard and enable you to explore your thoughts and patterns helping you to create a better understanding of who you are and help enable you to work through difficulties to become the best version of yourself and letting the worst version of yourself be loved, this is what healing looks like.

Susanne Guy welcomes visitors to her page and understands that taking the first step to speak with someone can feel frightening. That initial move can begin a process of greater self-understanding, reveal past patterns that may be affecting the present, and support the development of more effective coping skills.
Her approach is to offer a warm, safe, confidential space where clients can talk about thoughts and feelings without judgement and feel listened to. She aims to build an authentic, empathic relationship grounded in trust and respect.
As an experienced integrative counsellor with five years of practice, Susanne draws on a range of theoretical approaches to meet each person’s individual needs. She helps clients deepen their self-understanding and promote healing, with the goal of empowering them to create a different future – a future they would like.
Susanne believes that people are the experts in their own lives and does not set out to give advice. Instead she works alongside clients, offering a supportive space to explore thoughts and patterns, helping to develop clearer self-awareness and to work through difficulties so they can move toward the best version of themselves and allow the more difficult parts of themselves to be held with care. She is based in the United Kingdom.
Many people wonder whether online therapy can really help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
One major advantage is flexibility – you can connect with a therapist in the way that feels most comfortable, whether by video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
Those offering online sessions are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch therapists at any time if they would prefer a different fit.
