Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
As someone who had therapy earlier in my life and knowing the benefits it can bring I decided to train to become a therapist.
I understand how some people can find it difficult to take the first steps into seeking support, as that was how I felt before I took the chance to see if it would have an impact for me.
I’m trained and work as a person centred therapist, putting you at the centre of the work we do, focussing on the issues that matter you most.
I will offer, a private, judgement free space where you can talk openly about the challenges you are facing, and work with you to help find positive ways forward and understand yourself and how you feel.
I am licensed in the UK with hundreds of hours of professional work experience. I have helped clients with stress, anxiety & panic attacks , family & relationship conflicts, coping with grief and loss, & depression, career and work based issues.
Helping to build resilience , confidence, self belief and self esteem.
I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I will tailor our work together to meet your unique and specific needs. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey.
