Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a therapeutic counsellor credentialed in the UK, MBACP Registered Member and a member of the NCPS. I hold a Foundation Degree (with Distinction) in Integrative Counselling and I am experienced in working with clients both in an Agency setting and in my Private Practice, Online and In-Person.
I am trained to work within an Integrative Approach, which draws on the Psychodynamic and Person-Centred theories, although I may often use interventions informed by different therapeutic approaches that became known to me during extensive continuous professional development.
I specialise in working one to one with a range of experiences, including anxiety, depression, relationships challenges, self-esteem, stress, anger management, loss, bereavement as well as many others, or purely entering a new chapter in your life. We are all different and each of our experiences are different, most times hard to label and put in boxes.
I believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship and the exploration of the unconscious mind. In a safe and empathic space, we will explore your emotions and experiences to uncover underlying patterns, enhance self-awareness, healing and ultimately, positive feelings.
Our collaboration will be based on an empathic and genuine connection, where I deeply respect your unique experience.
Before anything, I am here for you to feel listened to, and truly heard, become comfortable to address the struggles in facing your challenges.
Your goals are at the forefront of our work together, and I am dedicated to helping you meet them or explore them further. Your agenda becomes our agenda, guiding our therapeutic journey.
As a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) I adhere to their Ethical and Professional Framework, which involves (but is not limited to) undertaking personal supervision in assuring that I offer a safe, ethical and professional service.

For many common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties or adapting to life changes – online therapy can be as effective as traditional face-to-face sessions. Research and clinical experience indicate that remote therapy often delivers comparable outcomes for these issues.
One major benefit is flexibility. Clients can connect with a therapist in the format that suits them best – video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging – which makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life and to access support from different locations.
Each therapist available through the service is a licensed professional, and clients may choose to switch therapists at any time if they want a different therapeutic fit. Online therapy can therefore offer both effective care and practical convenience for many people seeking help.
