Hi my name is Stacy I am counsellor trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, psychodynamic and person centred. I am registered member of the British association of counselling and psychotherapy meaning I work ethically in order to meet the standards and guidelines set out. She brings four years of experience to her practice in the United Kingdom and is a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy, working in line with the standards and guidelines it sets.
Stacy places strong emphasis on the therapeutic relationship, believing that feeling safe and secure with a therapist is central to progress. She aims to create a non-judgmental environment where clients can explore challenges, build resilience, and move toward greater empowerment.
