Relationships are central to our emotional well-being, but even the strongest partnerships encounter periods of stress, disconnection, or change. Relationship therapy, sometimes called couples therapy or relationship counseling, helps people address conflicts, rebuild trust, improve communication, and create a more satisfying partnership.
