Many people ask whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life changes, online therapy can be as effective as in-person sessions for most people.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that suits them best, choosing from video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
Therapists who provide online services are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change therapists if they prefer a different fit. For many, online therapy offers a practical and effective route to getting support.
