Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
As an Integrative Counsellor/Psychotherapist I understand that life can be unpredictable and often feel challenging and frustrating.
Due to all we experience we can often have moments where we feel low, anxious and/or depressed. Sometimes we can feel as though we have no where to turn and as though no one will ever understand or empathise with the way we feel. Often, we can feel that we don’t want to share the true depth of how we are feeling with those around us. Sometimes, we have no one around us.
Working through these emotions together creates an opportunity to begin detangling those thoughts. Let’s try and get through this together.
Therapy can help create space and perspective, a chance to breath and ultimately create a sense of balance.
I work in an integrative way putting relationship at the centre of therapy. You will be offered a non-judgemental space that is entirely yours in which your experience is valued and respected.
I provide short term and open-ended therapy.

Simone Riviere is an Integrative Counsellor/Psychotherapist who recognises that life can be unpredictable and often presents difficult and frustrating moments.
She understands that people may experience periods of feeling low, anxious or depressed, and that it can sometimes seem as if there is nowhere to turn and no one who truly understands or empathises with how they feel. At times people do not want to share the full depth of their experience with those around them, and sometimes there is simply no one there to listen.
Working through those emotions together offers an opportunity to begin untangling painful thoughts and reactions. Simone aims to accompany clients through that process, helping them find clearer perspective and ways to cope.
Therapy with Simone is intended to create space to breathe, regain balance and view challenges from a different angle. She works in an integrative way with the therapeutic relationship at the centre of the work, offering a non-judgemental space in which a person’s experience is valued and respected.
She provides both short-term and open-ended therapy, adapting the work to each person’s needs.
Many people ask whether online therapy can make a real difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties or adjusting to life changes, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
A major benefit is flexibility – clients can choose the way of connecting that suits them best, whether that is video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
Work is offered by licensed professionals, and if a client feels they need a different fit they can switch to another therapist at any time.
