Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello, a massive warm welcome to you!
My name is Shimana Cassie. I am a Clinical Psychotherapist & Counsellor and the Founding Clinical Director of Psychology of You Clinic in London, United kingdom.
I have a depth of professional work experience delivering bespoke high quality therapeutic services to a vast range of client groups, within private, statutory, and voluntary organisations.
I have worked with a variety of presentations and specialise in supporting clients with Depression, Anxiety, Low Mood, Relationships, Interpersonal Difficulties, and Trauma, alongside other presenting issues. I used evidence-based practices including Humanistic, Person-Centred Therapy, Integrative Approaches, Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, Psychodynamic Approaches, and Mindfulness to inform an individualised plan to suit clients on a case by case basis.
I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process and your journey in finding you.
I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
