Furthermore, I have experience working with individuals struggling with a variety of issues, some of which include: trauma-related issues, mood disorders, depression, anxiety, stress, ADHD and behavioral issues, development of interpersonal skills/ communication and boundaries, emotion regulation, and tolerance of distress.
Every individual deserves to have a life worth living and I am hopeful that through working together in a place of willingness, we can achieve your mental health goals.

Many individuals wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For most common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or navigating life changes – evidence shows that remote therapy can be as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One of the primary benefits is flexibility. People can connect with a therapist in the way that best fits their needs and schedule, choosing video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This range of options often makes it easier to incorporate regular sessions into daily life.
Therapy delivered online is provided by licensed professionals, and clients who feel a different fit would be able to switch therapists if they wish. For many, online therapy offers a practical and effective path to address common mental health concerns while accommodating a busy lifestyle.
