Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a psychotherapist, I have studied to masters level and had 10 years of personal therapy. I have written 5 books on my journey (looking to publish 2026) to inspire others to look inwards to build self-awareness so any stuck emotions and restrictive thoughts can be understood. This process facilitates healing and individuals can become master of self by understanding survival modes. I have 10 years working as a psychotherapist. I work with clients from all ages and ethnicity. I am an expert in relational dynamics, sexual, emotional and physical abuse, narcissistic abuse and behaviour, infidelity and depression. I have worked with clients presenting many other issues and addictions.
My therapy style is authentic, warm and interactive. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion as we all have a story and everyone’s story is important. I don’t believe in applying limiting labels we are all human so we can learn, grow, heal and change.
My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, psychodynamic working within narrative therapy. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
It takes strength and courage to seek a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards change, however from my own process and looking back, it’s more difficult to stay stuck, emotionally and mentally limited. If you are ready to take that step, I am here to support and empower you.
I look forward to working with you!

Many people ask whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties or navigating life changes, research and practice show that online therapy can be as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility. Clients can choose the format that best fits their life – video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging – which makes it easier to attend appointments and maintain continuity of care.
Sessions are delivered by licensed professionals and therapists, and if someone feels a different fit would be better, they can change therapists at any time. Online therapy can make accessing professional help more practical while offering approaches that are comparable in effectiveness to face-to-face work.
