I am a licensed and registered psychotherapist with over a decade of professional clinical experience. I have extensive experience helping clients with stress and anxiety, assisting victims of substance misuse, recovery, PTSD, depression, & coping with life changes. Narcissistic abuse and relationship/marital issues have been a specific specialty along with ADHD/autism work. I have supported people with their understanding of the above issues. quite extensively for at the very least 5-10 years. Clients struggling to reconcile and manage transitions through and out of their relationships along with providing skills to cope with their ADHD/Autism, relationship, anxiety and depression challenges has become a focus of my practice. I have several years of in-depth experience working with men and women that have experienced child abuse, emotional, mental , physical and sexual abuse and domestic violence, along with human trafficking.
I believe that absolutely everyone has a unique story, one that makes you, the individual that you are. Each of us have life challenges at one time or another, the strength to deal with those challenges is within you, I am here to walk beside you, provide support to the best of my ability whilst offering skills to cope, manage and ultimately overcome those challenges you seek to improve your life and mental wellbeing. I regularly support clients with chronic and terminal illnesses, ADHD, autism, anxiety, depression, sudden death and grief. I have lived experience of narcissistic abuse, domestic violence, trauma, anxiety, depression, sudden death and divorce. I truly believe that these experiences put me in a certain, privileged space to provide an empathetic, safe position to share your difficulties with as an integrative therapist with many theoretically backed therapeutic skills. Those personal experiences have allowed and informed my desire to be better, grow emotionally and put a stop to the cycle of abuse in my family. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.
