Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
It is not selfish to invest in yourself and I am here to support you on your unique journey towards self discovery and wellbeing.
In this safe space, I embrace the core principles of Person-Centred Therapy founded by Carl Rogers. I respect that you are the expert of your own life and my role as your counsellor is to provide a warm, empathetic and growth producing environment where you can freely explore your thoughts and emotions without fear of criticism or judgement.
As we work together, we will collaborate in setting your counselling goals and determining the direction of our sessions. Regardless of your issues, we will work at your own pace and according to your unique needs.
My private practice offers a confidential and supportive environment free from external pressures or expectations. I deeply respect your privacy and you can trust that anything discussed within our sessions remains confidential unless you are at risk of harm to yourself or others or if I am legally bound to share information.
I have been the person in the other chair and it is my experience of therapy that led me to train to be a counsellor. I am also a recent MSc graduate which allows me to empathise with my student peers.
I am a biracial counsellor from multiple minority groups and my experience of coming from a multi-faith and multi-cultural family gives me a unique perspective in life that allows me to specialise in identity and cultural issues. I also specialise in bereavement, race and sports psychology.

Many people ask whether online therapy can really help. For everyday concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or managing life transitions, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is the flexibility it offers – people can choose the format that suits them best, whether that is video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to fit therapeutic support into a busy life and to maintain continuity of care.
Therapy delivered online is provided by licensed professionals and therapists, and if someone feels a different fit would be better they can switch therapists at any time. For many common mental health and life concerns, online therapy is a practical and effective option to consider.
