Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the State of Florida and have been providing therapy since 2012. I have had the pleasure of working with many populations, including inpatient, psychosocial rehabilitation, private practice, substance abuse treatment programs, and correctional facilities. I have a passion for working with people that have experienced trauma, and utilize EMDR and Accelerated Resolution Therapy regularly, along with other various modalities of treatment, including CBT and DBT, to best assist patients in feeling safe, secure, and loved.
I am very down to earth. I understand how life can throw curve balls and appreciate the courage that my clients have in tackling these issues head on. I am humbled daily by the people that I work with in the best of ways. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is one that is very individual to each person, and our treatment plans will be tailored to that individuality.
I look forward to working with you and assisting on your healing journey!

Many people ask whether remote therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and adjusting to life changes, research and clinical practice indicate that online therapy can be as effective as traditional in-person care for most people.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the format that fits their schedule and comfort level, whether by video visits, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This range of options makes it easier to maintain continuity of care amid busy lives or changing circumstances.
All therapists offering online services are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to request a different therapist if they want a better fit. For many individuals, remote therapy provides an accessible and practical route to support and progress in their mental health work.
