Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hi there! Welcome to the first step in making a change in your life! My name is Sarah Hall and I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) in the state of Missouri. I have ten years of clinical experience working both in private practice and clinical agency settings. I have great experience working with children, teens, adults, and even families. I have worked with clients on a variety of issues, include anxiety, behavioral issues, grief, trauma, and mood disorders. I have worked with foster care youth, traumatized clients, non-verbal clients, and couples. I received my B.A. in psychology from the University of Missouri and my M.Ed. from Stephens College.
Personally, I am a mother, wife/partner, daughter, dog mom, and social worker full time. Better Help is my side hustle! I enjoy exercising and have a dog named Winston.
My therapeutic style is solution and present focused. I have experience using a variety of therapeutic approaches based on my client’s preferences, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT). My approach is to be warm, honest, and respectful with all of my clients, while respecting boundaries of my clients as well as multicultural differences.
I look forward to working with you and helping find joy in life!
