Sarah Hall is a licensed professional counselor practicing in Missouri, holding a state LPC license (number 2012042891). She brings ten years of clinical experience from both private practice and agency settings, working with children, teens, adults, and families.
Her clinical work has addressed a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, behavioral issues, grief, trauma, and mood disorders. She has experience supporting foster care youth, clients who have experienced trauma, non-verbal clients, and couples.
Sarah earned a B.A. in psychology from the University of Missouri and a Master of Education from Stephens College. Outside of her clinical roles, she identifies as a mother, wife or partner, daughter, dog mom, and she works as a social worker full time. She also notes that her work with Better Help is a side commitment.
Her therapeutic approach is present- and solution-focused, and she draws on methods such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) according to each client’s preferences. She aims to be warm, honest, and respectful while honoring client boundaries and multicultural differences.
She looks forward to working with clients and supporting them in finding more joy in life.
