About

Saleem Choudhry (Sal) is a friendly, compassionate and experienced BACP Registered Counsellor, registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. He offers support for people navigating relationships, grief, suicidal thoughts, anxiety, addiction and many other life challenges, and brings a solid understanding of human psychology and neurodiversity, with particular knowledge of ADD, ADHD and autism.

In therapy he creates a safe space where individuals can explore emotions, increase insight and work toward positive change. His practice draws on CBT, psychodynamic, Gestalt and person-centred approaches, each adapted to fit the client’s preferences and goals.

Saleem recognises that the first step is often the hardest and chooses to walk alongside clients at their own pace. He looks forward to accompanying people on that journey toward greater wellbeing.

Is Online Therapy the Right Fit for Your Needs?

Many people wonder whether online therapy can genuinely help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.

One of the main benefits is flexibility - you can connect with a therapist in the way that works best for you, whether by video call, phone session, live chat or in-app messaging. That flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into everyday life.

Therapists offering online work are licensed professionals, and if you decide another approach or different therapist would suit you better, you can switch at any time.
