Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I have a decade of training and work experience in a broad range of psychological settings in both London and Hong Kong. Naturally empathetic and patient with a tendency to remain curious whilst empowering my clients.
Registered with the British Counselling of Psychotherapy and Counselling (BACP), I am in the final year of my doctorate in Counselling Psychology conducting research on the Lived Experience of Romantic Obsession. I have an in-depth knowledge and practical application in Existential and Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, as well as in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT). I primarily work pluralistically, drawing from the various theoretical approaches to suit the client’s preferences.
I have worked with children, adolescents and adults with the conditions of depression, anxiety, substance abuse, relationship challenges and problems with eating and the body. I have supported people within both community and hospital settings, in private and NHS sectors, to help individuals make sense of and create meaning from their past, present and future circumstances.

Many people ask whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges or navigating life changes – online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
A key benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that feels most comfortable, whether by video call, phone, live chat or in-app messaging. This variety of options makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
Therapists offering online care are licensed professionals, and individuals can change therapists if they feel a different fit would be better for their needs.
