I am a Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner and Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Nebraska. Since 2005, I have provided therapeutic services to individuals, families and groups from age 1 to 89.
While some people believe that counseling and therapy are for people with problems, I have come to believe that these services are for people that have goals and I have worked with thousands of people in the identification and attainment of personal, relational, vocational and spiritual goals.
With undergraduate and graduate training in philosophy, psychology, religion and linguistics, my approach involves helping others find meaning in life and resolution of their situational concerns.

Many people wonder whether remote therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or life transitions, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
One major advantage is flexibility – clients can connect in the format that suits them best, whether by video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. This range of options makes it easier to fit therapy into busy schedules and everyday life.
All therapists offering online care are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch therapists if they need a different fit. For many people, remote therapy provides an accessible and effective way to address common mental health and life concerns.
