Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Rupinder Sagoo – Experienced and Accredited Counsellor and Psychotherapist
I’m a BACP-accredited Counselling Psychotherapist with over 25 years of experience in the field of mental health. I specialise in Holistic and Integrative Psychotherapy, an approach that looks at the whole person, not just the presenting issue. This includes the emotional, psychological, physical, relational, and lifestyle factors that contribute to well-being. I am skilled in both short-term and long-term therapy.
My Therapeutic Approach:
I believe that one size does not fit all in therapy. My work is grounded in the idea of synergy ‘that the whole is greater than the sum of its parts’. Human beings are complex and multifaceted, so effective therapy must be multi-dimensional to get the best results.
While talking therapy can be powerful, for many people, it may not address everything they’re going through. That’s why I also explore areas such as:
• Sleep and rest patterns
• Diet and nutrition
• Life meaning and purpose
• Relationships and support systems
• Emotional and psychological well-being
This whole-person approach leads to more effective and sustainable results.
I also draw on evidence-based modalities such as:
• CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy)
• Solution-Focused Therapy
• Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT)
• Psychodynamic Therapy
• Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT
These modalities will be integrated into my work depending on your individual needs and goals.
