Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello and welcome — I’m Renee.
I’m happy you are here! I hope that by scheduling your first session, you already begin to feel some relief.
I work with adults who are ready to better understand themselves, navigate life’s stressors, and grow toward their ideal lives. My clients often come to me seeking support with:
*Learning new tools for effectively communicating and in regulating upsetting or stressful emotions
*Enhancing romantic or family relationships or processing break ups
*Managing anxiety, stress and burnout
*Healing from trauma, post-traumatic stress and grief
*Improving self-worth and confidence
*Embracing neurodivergence (ADHD, Autism, CPTSD)
*Advancing their careers or in processing job loss
*Navigating parenting challenges
*Exploring or affirming LGBTQ+ identity and experiences
My approach is strength-based and solution-focused, which means we’ll center our work on who you are, what matters to you, and where you want to go. Together, we’ll identify what’s currently getting in the way and build a practical, personalized path forward.
I draw from evidence-based models and interventions that address anxiety, trauma, mood concerns, neurodivergence, family and relationship dynamics, parenting, and stress. Sessions are collaborative, active, and focused on helping you reach meaningful, lasting results.
Many of my clients meet their short-term goals within 4–12 sessions. Others choose to work longer-term to dive deeper into trauma recovery, identity development, and personal growth. However you choose to engage, our time together will be purposeful, supportive, and empowering-this space is just for you!
You deserve a life that feels authentic, grounded, clear and hopeful.
Let’s start building it together!
With gratitude,
Renee Joyce
