Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a qualified Counsellor Psychologist registered with the Health and Care Professions Council and a Psychodynamic Counsellor registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. I initially graduated in Psychology in Brazil and went on to train in Psychodynamic Counselling in the UK. I also spent a year studying Trauma & Psychoanalysis at the Tavistock Clinic.
I have extensive experience working with adults and the elderly in educational, community and health sectors. I have worked within diverse boroughs in London with people from all walks of life providing long- and short-term psychotherapy. I have a special interest in working with expats and people from different cultures. I offer psychotherapy in English, Portuguese and French.
My approach to therapy is based on psychoanalysis and object relations, where I pay attention to past and present experiences, relational traumas and how they affect your life now, repetitive behaviours and ways of being that often have their roots in childhood and especially in family relationships.
I offer a warm and confidential space where you can bring what troubles you and, together, I will help you to make sense of your experiences, change unhelpful patterns and work towards living a more fulfilling life.
I invite you to embark on this journey…

Many people ask whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties and navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One of the main advantages is flexibility – you can connect in the way that feels most comfortable for you, whether through video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule.
Therapists offering online sessions are licensed professionals, and you can change therapists at any time if you prefer a different fit.
