Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
My name is Rebecca and I am a UK based registered therapist.
I am trained in the humanistic approach and since my initial training I have added to my skills and now work in an integrative way. This means I use many skills, tools and techniques, combining a humanistic approach with other approaches such as compassion focused therapy, CBT, ERP and somatic experiencing ( using the body to calm the nervous system, helping to calm the mind and process emotions)
In other words I can tailor each session to the client’s needs, using many tools and techniques.
My clients have had a wide range of concerns, however I have a particuar interest in helping those with anxiety, stress, grief, chronic pain conditions, phobias and trauma, which can impact their daily life, their relationships and career.
I am open, supportive, very informal, warm, friendly and sessions are intereactive, which means we figure things out together. I will support, guide and help you as you navigate, uncover and process your feelings, thoughts and insights.
I will offer you a safe, warm and non-judgemental space. I believe genuine human connection is key in therapy.
I have helped many clients within my practice and it is truly incredible to see how their life can change for the better when they can ‘unpack’ with someone they can trust and feel empowered, heard and seen.
I believe everyone can make helpful and positive changes in their life, given the right envionment where they are accepted fully.
It isn’t easy to start therapy , it takes bravery, but if you feel ready to start this journey, I will support you along the way.
I look forward to working with you and seeing you achieving your therapy goals.

Rebecca Nia is a UK-based registered therapist who works from a humanistic foundation and has developed an integrative approach over her training. She blends humanistic principles with compassion focused therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), exposure and response prevention (ERP) and somatic experiencing – using the body to calm the nervous system, helping to calm the mind and process emotions.
Her work is tailored to each person, selecting skills and techniques to suit individual needs. While clients have brought a wide range of concerns to sessions, Rebecca has a particular interest in supporting people with anxiety, stress, grief, chronic pain conditions, phobias and trauma that affect daily life, relationships and careers.
Rebecca offers an open, supportive and informal style. Sessions are interactive so therapist and client work together to explore thoughts, feelings and insights. She aims to guide, support and help people navigate, uncover and process their experience.
She provides a warm, non-judgemental space and believes genuine human connection is central to effective therapy. Rebecca has helped many people in her practice and values witnessing the positive changes that can occur when someone can ‘unpack’ with a trusted practitioner and feel empowered, heard and seen.

Many people wonder whether online therapy makes a meaningful difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties or managing life changes, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility – individuals can connect with a therapist in the way that best fits their needs, whether by video call, phone session, live chat or in-app messaging. This variety makes it easier to attend sessions alongside work, family and other commitments.
Therapists offering online services are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change therapists if they feel a different fit would be helpful. For many people, online therapy provides a practical and effective route to support and progress.
