Hello im Becca and I’m glad you’re here but that tells me you’re not feeling your best at the moment, and I am sorry to hear that. If you are going through a difficult time or just want someone to listen, I am here to help. I understand how difficult it is to be so burnt out and exhausted and some days you are crippled with anxiety that you can’t even get out of bed. Your thoughts are consuming your daily life and now you think “enough is enough” and you’ve reached out for therapy. As I’ve been through my own personal therapy and know how important it is to find the right match with a therapist, I can offer you a warm and non judgmental environment where you can feel heard, supported and validated without any interruption. I work with anything from anxiety to loneliness, self esteem issues and depression. I also have a passion for supporting women through their pregnancy and early motherhood, as I have personal experience of difficult pregnancies and post natal depression and post natal anxiety. I also support women who suffer Hyperemesis gravidarum and nausea and vomiting in pregnancy.

Therapy can give you that safe and confidential space to explore your feelings and can help you make decisions, make sense of things, understand yourself more and to set goals to make positive changes in your life. From making these positive steps, you can start to feel able to tackle the daily challenges you once found hard, because you’ve been able to take back control and conquer your anxiety and negative thoughts, beliefs and behaviours.

I use things like mindfulness and EFT ( emotional freedom techniques) aka tapping in sessions too. But I understand not one size fits all, so everything is an invitation and there’s never any pressure to go along with anything if it doesn’t feel aligned.
