I’m warm a compassionate and empathetic integrate counsellor with 3 years experience . I have a always had a passion for helping others. I have experience and an interest with working with clients who have experienced trauma and abuse, bereavement, stress and anxiety, relationship issues ,family conflict and those who are neurodiverse, I will also work with all other clients. As an integrate counsellor my approach involves me drawing upon different counselling modalities and combining relevant theory and interventions to suit the specific needs of my client.
With my knowledge and experience I can help clients heal from their past traumas. I understand that the effects of trauma can be long lasting and impact many areas of a person life which is why I take holistic approach to therapy.
I am also passionate about working with clients that are neurodiverse. I have 19 years of extensive professional and personal experience with those on the autism spectrum, ADHD or other neurological differences. I believe these clients have unique strengths and challenges, and that therapy should be tailored to their needs
I am aware that for many people, the idea of having to reveal their deepest secrets to a stranger can be terrifying and unsettling, but this is where I can be of assistance. My goal is to offer you a safe secure, private, and judgment-free space where you can just be yourself. The environment is non-directive, and we can work in any way that suits you.

By doing this, you can enhance your life by gaining knowledge, self-awareness, clarity, acceptance, and motivation. She works with people who have experienced trauma and abuse, bereavement, stress and anxiety, relationship difficulties and family conflict, as well as those navigating depression, parenting challenges, career concerns, self-esteem issues and other life changes. Precious also has a particular interest in working with clients who are neurodiverse – she describes 19 years of extensive professional and personal experience with people on the autism spectrum, with ADHD or other neurological differences.
As an integrative counsellor, Precious draws on multiple counselling models and combines relevant theories and interventions to suit each person’s needs. She takes a holistic approach to therapy and aims to support healing from past traumas while recognising how those experiences can affect many areas of life.
