Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
My name is Cal.
I trained to become a counsellor following a positive experience as a client. I know what it is like to sit in that chair for the first time, and I still do it regularly. I have been in practice for seven years, and I have worked with a diverse population of clients around the world. I am a fully qualified, accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.
As a pluralistic practitioner, I believe that there is no generally prescriptive approach to counselling. I feel that it is my responsibility to adapt to your way of working, and ensure that you remain at the centre of the work. I am experienced and fully trained in the application of a range of therapeutic techniques, tools, and theory, integrating aspects of Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Existential Psychotherapy, Mindfulness, Person-Centred therapy, Psychoanalytic therapies such as Transactional Analysis, and Psychoeducation.
Counselling can provide the space to unpack what is going on for you and discover meaningful ways to move forward with your therapeutic goals. Accountability, adaptability and transparency are fundamental to my practice. I will regularly check my understanding and welcome feedback to ensure a safe and autonomous therapeutic experience that is right for you.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can genuinely help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be comparably effective to traditional in-person sessions.
One major advantage is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that suits them best, whether that is via video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This range of options makes it easier to fit therapy into busy schedules and everyday life.
All therapists are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change therapists if they would prefer a different fit. For many people, online therapy offers an accessible and practical route to support and progress.
