Many people wonder whether online therapy can make a meaningful difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties or navigating life changes, online therapy has been found to be comparable to in-person treatment for many individuals.
Online therapy also offers notable flexibility – clients can choose the format that suits them best, whether that is video calls, telephone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging. This range of options can make it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
Therapists who provide online sessions are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change therapists if they prefer a different fit. For many people facing everyday mental health challenges, online therapy is a practical and effective way to access professional support.
