Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
My name is Natalie S. Dukes and I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 20 years of experience working with clients from a wide variety of demographic and cultural backgrounds. I have worked with clients with concerns including anger management, depression, ADHD, OCD, family/relationship issues, anxiety, trauma and domestic violence just to name a few. I know that no single approach is the right one for every individual, so I use a wide range of modalities including Cognitive Behavioral, Family Systems Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Person Centered Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Exposure Therapy, Psychodrama, Play Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Biofeedback, Coaching and Reality Therapy.
My belief is when human beings experience trauma or severe life stressors, it is not uncommon for their lives to unravel. My great passion is bringing healing to people who have been through a traumatic/stressful experience. I help clients, who include children, adults, couples and families, to find healthy perceptions of themselves and strengthen their relationships so they know themselves as peaceful, complete, whole and safe. With that being said, consider allowing me to assist you with the therapeutic process and Role of Recovery.
