I am Nakhwan Fell. I am a professionally trained counsellor and a registered member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP). I currently working with adults (18+) across the UK. I am bilingual, in Thai and English. I have experienced working with people with multicultural, therefore; I can offer the benefits of a culturally sensitive approach to your problems and challenges.
I am committed to my on-going professional development. I have experience of working with adults experiencing a variety of issues including stress, depression, anxiety, trauma, abuse, anger, eating disorder, low self-esteem, self-harm, suicidal thoughts, relationship/family issues, parenting, culture shock, homesickness, school/college issues, life transition, and changes.
I follow BACP ethical framework. I offer a safe space and work with a non-judgmental attitude, no matter what the issue is. I provide creative, friendly, warm, approachable therapy sessions to support your individual needs, and to help you gain new insight and new perspective to self and others. I will work with you for, you to come up with your own solution and to take back control of your life.
Drawing on my own life experience, I can empathise with what it is like to have to deal with change and transition. It can cause a lot of issues, such as anger, anxiety, confusion, numbness, self-doubt, a loss of self-esteem, etc. My passion lies in helping and facilitating people in finding their own way to overcome difficulties and enjoy their lives.

With six years of experience, Nakhwan has worked with adults coping with a wide range of issues, including stress, depression, anxiety, trauma and abuse, anger, eating difficulties, low self-esteem, self-harm, suicidal thoughts, relationship and family problems, parenting concerns, culture shock and homesickness, school and college issues, and life transitions.
She follows the BACP ethical framework and provides a safe, non-judgmental space. Her approach is warm, creative and approachable, tailored to each person’s individual needs to help them gain fresh insight and new perspectives on themselves and others.
Drawing on her own life experience, Nakhwan empathises with how change and transition can bring feelings such as anxiety, confusion, numbness or a loss of self-esteem. She is committed to ongoing professional development and is passionate about supporting people to find their own solutions and to regain a sense of control in their lives.
